Go to the Pricing tab and sign up for a package that fits you.
Go to app.renewalgenie.in, enter your username and password, then click Sign In.
Click the user icon at the top right, then click Profile. Click Change Password in the Profile area. Enter your current password, then your new password, then retype the new password. Click Save.
A trial account is free for 15 days. You do not have to pay any subscription fees, and the account does not need to be renewed, during those first 15 days. More details are on the pricing page.

You can renew your account using the following payment methods:

  • VISA
  • VISA Electron
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro

Go to the SIGN UP page and use the form at the bottom to register for a free 15-day trial account.

You can recover your password by clicking the Forgot password link on the login page.

Click the user icon at the top right, then click Profile.
Click Edit Info. Update the profile details. Click Update Detail.

Click the user icon at the top right, then click Account.
Click Upgrade to Higher / Renew Plan to upgrade your account.
Select the plan that suits your business.
Click Pay Now to make the payment.

You can renew your account within 30 days of the expiry date.
