Answer: Report and Chart work on existing data. Using report you can download data with particular format. Also can filter data using search option. In chart you can view record stability and changes based on year. Also can compare lost renewal and category based business renewal.
Go to Report and click on appropriate tab as required. Input filter field which is required and click on search. Here you can set filter by option for filter by ascending format. After click on search button you will find record based on search. Here you can Export data in Excel/PDF.
Yes you can change year for load chart of previous year data. Click on CHART PREPARE FOR YEAR selection and click on Filter Chart. Also an filter by category.
