Product owner can manage own renewals which is assign to them. Also product owner will received Mail & SMS notifications if enable in Account Information.
Account Information On next step of new renewal you can manage attachment against that renewal. Attachment limit is 10MB per renewal. You can attached .jpg, .png, .pdf documents.
Go to renewals from top menu. Here renewals list arrive based on selected filter. You can change filer using Sort By option on top right. Also you can arrange per page record by click on Row/Page. For renewal filter select Filter By field. When you select any field system will display related selection or textbox. Enter/select your value and then click on Search Button. You can also filter by multiple option which is appear to bellow of first field.
Click on Customize Table button on right top. Here list is Current Table view. You can move left-right using arrow. To add/remove field user field list right side +/- link. Also can add/remove custom field which is listed on bottom. After finalize table click on View Renewal button on right top.
Click on Export button on right top to export data in Excel sheet.
Act on Renewal is important tool for cover customer communication record. User can enter customer communication detail on Act on Renewal. System will store previous record for further communication.
Click on Renewal detail under Action column to Edit, Renew and detailed of product. In Popup you will find all the details about renewal. Also can assign Tags which is fetched from Master Record -> Tags. Here you can change value of Custom Field. Click on Edit/ Renew button for the process. Also can send mail of product description using Mail button.
