3) Click Add New User to create a new person, or click Edit in the Action column to change an existing one.
4) Set the Account Type to Product Owner.
5) Click Submit.
6) The user now appears in the Product Owner list. Open any renewal, select them in the Product Owner field, and switch on Product Owner Notification if you want them to receive the email and SMS reminders for that renewal.
